Q. Does my module have warranty?
A. Yes, your module has a standard LIFETIME Warranty based on core exchange. How does this work? Once you receive your module from us you will have 14 days to return the old unit (Core) to activate the warranty.
Q. Is my lifetime warranty transferable?
A. No, lifetime warranty is non transferable.
Q. How can I check the status of my order?
A. You can log in to our new LIVE CHAT or contact the main office and speak to one of our representatives directly.
Q. How can I track my package?
A. You will automatically receive an email notification from UPS with the tracking information once the unit ships from our facility.
Q. How long does it take to ship my programmed module?
A. It takes 1-2 full business days to process all orders.
Q. Can I get a refund if the module does not fix my problem?
A. Yes, you will 14 days to return the module from the time you receive it. If the 14 days passes, there ARE NO REFUNDS.
Q. What if i don't see the part i need in your online store?
A. We don’t have our complete inventory online. Please contact our main office and have all the vehicle information & part number handy so we can provide an accurate price.
